Whats different with IR, FM and 2.4G remote control?
IR : Its Infrared which depend on receiving and transmitting to control the toys , Remote distance short about 10meters and It will be out of control in the environment of strong light and outdoor, Multi-purpose in micro small remote control toy.
FM : For infrared products which have different Frequency (such as A, B, C), same frequency products, you cant play them at the same time, it will be interference, but if you choose different frequency to play together. then it will not be affected.
2.4G : its wireless remote control, Remote distance at least 50 meters above, if you play the same toys at the same time, it will be not interference .
How long did the helicopter can fly?
Different helicopter, has different flying time , but at least the flying time is 5-8 minutes .

Can you accept OEM order with customers brand or logo
Yes, we accept OEM order, but it needs to meet the MOQ. 3000pcs is for normal items.
How about your guarantee / return policy
When 5% or more goods are in trouble of quality and you want to return, please be ready to provide us clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item is not with good quality, please take pictures of the problem as long as you can. We will need photographs showing the problems as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchanging or fixing.After you return,if its the problem of the item itself,we will resend the exchanging one to you.
